Project Manager or Project Coper: Errata
A couple of minor clarifications to my previous post:
- When I said "I'm happier working with a Project Coper", I should have made it absolutely clear that this preference is in relation to working with a Mismanager. Of course my ideal is to work with a proper PM, but IMHO the Project Coper is the lesser of the two other evils.
- After some further thought, I retract my statement about Copers and Mismanagers being perpetually mutually exclusive - I actually believe that under duress to exert some "control" over a project, the erstwhile Coper will quickly adopt Mismanager-type behaviours.
